Planning Process Group
The planning group consists of 24 processes or sub plans which define the effort and scope of the project and culminates in a formal document known as the Project management plan. Each sub-plan is updated when project processes are improved or changed based on stakeholder input and refinement of defined requirements.
4.0 Project Integration Management
The coordination, management, and interaction, and consolidation of defined process activities, which entails communication, control, and decisions based upon project requirements. Managing multiple sub-plans and processes meshing these processes, which fulfill stakeholder-defined requirements.
