Process Assessment
Human resource plans attempt to provide the necessary skill sets and team temperament to achieve project completion within the specified scope. On the organizational level, corporations seek personnel who can adapt to changing market conditions to remain competitive. An organization that invests in its personnel has a higher retention rate and happier employees. This in my opinion creates a participatory environment of collaboration and opportunity for advancement. This creates a positive work environment. This opens the door for more business projects this further attracts fresh talent dying to work for the company.
