Process Assessment
The process of sequencing defines relationships and predecessors to create a realistic schedule and execution of project milestones and deliverables by the most efficient means by taking into account the critical path.
Sequence Activities
6.3.1
Input
An input created in Paws for Adoption PGMT 502, in which the milestones coincide with the associated work packets to achieve the result of a project deliverable.
6.3.2
Tools and Techniques
Precedence diagramming method 501:
A mapping technique to decipher in reducing duration, cost and critical path to determine the best path of sequenced activities. This was a homework exercise completed in PGMT 501, chapter 9 of Project Management the managerial process 5th Edition by Erik W. Larson and Clifford F. Gray.
6.3.3
Outputs
Project Schedule Network Diagrams 501:
This exercise is an output generated by Project to depict the sequence of activities dependencies in a network diagram in the Nightingale project exercise completed in PGMT 501.
