6.1 Plan Schedule Management
Process Definition
This process utilizes a work breakdown structure to plan the start and finish of each work packet. Schedule Management Plan will utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project to track project progress.
Process Assessment
This process tracks and adjusts the Project Management plan based upon the actual working of the work breakdown structure and makes adjustments based on project progress and implementation of the schedule. Scheduling is imperative in keeping the project on track or retooling and communicating changes to the schedule, if it falls behind the initial schedule estimates.

In PGMT 501, a project management plan created in Microsoft Project for Rock and Roll Landscape Design, which considered multiple inputs such as scope statement, work breakdown structure, budget, and quality plan.
6.1.2 Tools and Techniques
Scope /Cost /Schedule Reporting 502:
This report identifies and outlines the tools and techniques that communicate with all project participants emphasizing the importance of communicating schedule status with participants.

Output
This artifact produced in PGMT 501, in Microsoft Project for Rock and Roll Landscape design created in Project as an output based upon the scope requirements generated acted upon within Project to communicate a realistic schedule for completion of work activities.
