Process Definition Stakeholder
identification is the process of profiling groups and individuals to determine involvement, influence, and impact on project success.
Process Assessment
Stakeholder identification is an important process in determining who has influence and how it impacts a project. The key is to determine if the project is acceptable to seventy-five percent of the stakeholders.
