Process Definition

Project Charter a document drawn up establishing roles and responsibilities and ground rules between collaborating organizations and formally establishes a working relationship. Project manager and project team are given the authority through the project charter to act upon (plan and execute) and address the initial scope requirements to further define internal and external stakeholder requirements. Some upfront feasibility studies were conducted during the project charter to determine if the project fulfills the company’s mission and vision and strategic strategy.

Process Assessment

The purpose of the project charter formalizes documents and concrete requirements to exceed the expectations of stakeholders. Internal and external stakeholder participation is imperative in developing well-defined scope requirements. It is imperative to plan and execute scope requirements to fulfill project requirements as defined in the project charter with the ability to go from coarse requirements to fine requirements through a continuous process of boiling down and refining each requirement requires a participatory stakeholder. The project charter keeps all organizations on track to accomplish this goal.
