Process Definition

The process of obtaining personnel who have the necessary skill sets to work on the project activities and who are available to work on the project. 

 Process Assessment 

Procuring a project team it is necessary to know each individual's strengths and weaknesses and skill sets to see if each perspective team member brings the necessary skill sets to complete the project. As a project manager acquiring a team is the most important step next to defining the requirements.
