13.4 Control Stakeholder Engagement

Process Definition

Control Stakeholder Engagement's purpose is to create a participatory environment of actively listening to and responding by adapting to stakeholder interests.  Engagement involves formulating strategies to improve the stakeholder experience as the project progresses through the life cycle.

 Process Assessment 

Stakeholder buy-in is an important aspect of retaining customer loyalty. Creating an atmosphere of customer-centered values. Customers treated well are more apt to divulge unrealized needs. These unrealized needs materialize into new products and features. Customers buy from companies that value them and care about their needs.
